We were well advised and bought an excellent pram from BabyLady when our first child came along. Since our second came along, we've needed adaptors and an a new seat all of which they supplied promptly.
Recently the pram had a major failure as one of the main cross supports failed where the weld met the frame snapped. Although it's out of warranty BabyLady contacted the manufacturer and we had a replacement 2 days later.
You would not get this type of services from a BigBox High Street vendor. They have a loyal customer base because unlike a lot of companies who talk about customer services in their sales pitch but don't deliver, BabyLady do deliver excellent customer service every time.
